Daybreak Draft Amendments
Below please find the links to the proposed governing documents for the Special Meeting on October 27, 2026 and the Town Hall on September 17, 2026. The Special Meeting will be to discuss only the proposedc governing documents.
Please remember that Daybreak Condominium does require every vehicle that parks on the Daybreak premises to have a Daybreak parking pass or visitor pass. The parking/visitor pass should be hung from the rearview mirror and if you can't hang the parking pass from the mirror it should be placed on the dash where it can be visible at all times. The Daybreak visitor pass only has to be displayed between the hours of 11:00pm to 7:00am.
